As an internet marketer at an indie record label, I have a regular routine that I carry out in the promotion of events. ArtistData is among the first sites that I update when I receive a new event to promote, as it swiftly disperses the show information to a number of sites that our artists' fans frequent. ArtistData has saved me countless hours of mindless data entry, and the team at ArtistData has always been very responsive whenever I had concerns or requests. ArtistData is simple to use and easy to navigate. I have found a number of the tools offered by ArtistData to be very helpful. A particular favorite is their 'Alert Local Media' feature, which allows me to easily find and send updates to events calendars in the areas of shows. I look forward to future opportunities that will be presented by ArtistData's further expansion. I have recommended ArtistData to others within my profession and will continue to do so.

ArtistData is one of the best things that has happened to our office! With 6 artists that we manage, the program saves us a TON of time and also helps keep errors/typos at a minimum. ArtistData has finally delivered what so many independent (and major label) artists have been seeking since the advent of the MySpace phenomenon. Their service keeps your artists totally connected to all of the major social networking sites and connects you to local media and services along the road. I have seen countless other companies try to accomplish this but none who hit all the marks across the board while maintaining the most important mark of all: ease of use. No where else on the Internet can you so simply enter your show data into one clearinghouse location that then connects with your other favorite sites - using that site's language and style. That service alone has saved me hours and hours of typing, clicking, and rehashing the same information over and over again. I cannot say this enough... ArtistData is the best solution for any artist, label, management, or otherwise who are looking to save themselves time and expand their online presence and for this, they should most definitely win this award.

This is a great internet service. It's allowed me to do easily one major thing I could not, or did not, do before: enter my touring schedule in one place and have it update my Myspace and Facebook pages and update music calendar sites across the internet. The Artistdata folks recognize and tell us what they can't do yet - interact seamlessly with the musician sites, RevebNation and SonicBids, for instance - and give us tools to get around those companies so-far uncooperative attitudes. Best thing since sliced bread!

Our company absolutely LOVES Artist Data! As mentioned in lots of other comments - it's the best time-saver and has such great information and tools. I work for an artist management company and we use Artist Data on a daily basis. We just put together a fall tour book for one of our artists, through Artist Data. SUCH a wonderfully brilliant site!

Great site. Aside from the time savings, it also allows you to make sure that all of your shows are accurate and up to date. An indespensible tool for the unsigned band (especially if you have a day job as well). Spend more time playing and less time updating.
