I "ran into" Noggin's work when I attended on-line traffic school as a result of a moving violation. I've never had more fun taking a class on-line. I wouldn't get a ticket on purpose, but it was a fabulous, fun way to re-learn the rules of the road! Very innovative ways of presenting otherwise dull content!
